Homeru Diary Privacy Policy

Homeru Diary ("the App") is designed with your privacy as the top priority. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information Collected

The App handles the following information that you enter:

Diary entry contents (text for "Praises for Yourself" and "Gratitude")
Entry dates and creation timestamps
App settings (reminder time, Face ID lock on/off, etc.)

All of this information is stored only on your own device and in your own iCloud account (private database).

2. No Data Sent to Developer or Third Parties

The App does not send any information to the developer or any third party.

Specifically:

No analytics or behavior tracking tools (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
No crash reporting tools (Crashlytics, etc.)
No advertising networks (AdMob, etc.)
No external API calls

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Authentication info	Not stored (Face ID relies on the device Secure Enclave)

When iCloud sync is enabled, your data is sent through Apple's encrypted HTTPS/TLS channels to your iCloud account and stored encrypted on Apple's servers. No other users, the developer, or third parties can access this iCloud data.

4. Notifications

When you enable reminders, the App uses iOS local notification APIs to generate notifications on your device. The notification content is fixed text ("Time for Homeru Diary" / "Take a moment to praise yourself and note your gratitude.") and never includes your entered content.
